The CM Punjab Free Livestock Program 2025 is started by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. This is a big help for poor women and small farmers in Punjab. 📌 Who Can Apply
To get free animals you must meet the following conditions
- You must be a widow or divorced woman
- Your age must be under 55
- You must live in one of the 12 districts
- You must have a Punjab domicile
- Your PMT score must be less than 32
- You must have a valid CNIC
- You must not own any livestock
- You must have space to care for an animal
- Local vet will check your house
If you had animals from Phase 1 and sold them you cannot apply again

There are two ways to apply. You can use online or offline method
Online Method
- Go to livestock.punjab.gov.pk
- Or download the Asset Transfer to Rural Women app
- Make an account using your CNIC and phone number
- Fill in your details
- Upload your CNIC and proof of residence
- Submit your form
- You will get a SMS with your reference number
Offline Method
- Visit nearest livestock office or vet hospital
- Take your CNIC proof of residence and poverty documents
- The staff will help you fill the form
- They will enter it in the 9211 system

After you apply your information will be checked
- Your data is verified by NADRA PSER and field staff
- If you qualify your name goes into a lottery
- If selected you get an SMS
- You will get your animal from a vet hospital
- You will also get a care kit with fodder and health papers

- High-yield breeds are preferred
